Lab tests are not included in the membership fee. A repeat test costs the same as buying that package again, and members get a discount on repeat tests and add-on tests; your payment link shows the exact price. Each repeat test comes with a new clinician-checked report and a new 90-day plan.

When does my membership start?
When you have bought any package and your blood sample has been taken. Your first 90 days are included, with the 90-Day Improvement Programme: your personalised 90-day plan, licensed clinician review and weekly WhatsApp check-ins.
How do I continue after day 90?
Tap Continue Your Membership on this page, or message us on WhatsApp, and we will send you a secure payment link for monthly or yearly membership, whichever you choose.
What changes after day 90?
Your 90-day plan is complete. As a member, you get a WhatsApp check-in every month, coaching messages every two weeks, quarterly health summaries, your personal health dashboard and a member discount on repeat tests and add-on tests.
How much is it after day 90?
TSh 130,000 a month, or TSh 1,300,000 a year. Paying yearly costs less than paying monthly.
What if I do not continue?
You keep your reports, your plan page and your dashboard. Your WhatsApp check-ins, coaching messages and quarterly health summaries stop.
Can I cancel?
Yes, at any time and with no penalty. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for, and payments for that period are not refunded.
Will you remind me before I am charged?
Yes. We send a reminder 7 days and 24 hours before each renewal.
Is my health information private?
Your health data is never sold. It is shared only with the clinicians and team members involved in your care, and you can ask for a copy of your data, or for it to be deleted, at any time.
