MyHealthCheckAfrica provides preventive health education, laboratory testing coordination, AI-supported insights and wellness recommendations. It does not replace personalised medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.

Emergency disclaimer

MHCA is not an emergency medical service. Do not use the website, WhatsApp, email, Health Assessment, AI assistant or support channels for emergencies. For any urgent or life-threatening situation, contact your local emergency services or nearest medical facility immediately.

AI transparency

AI may assist with assessment interpretation, recommendations, educational explanations, trend analysis, support routing and report preparation. AI does not replace qualified professionals, and it does not diagnose disease or create clinical certainty. Qualified clinicians provide review and judgement where appropriate.

We ask for clear, specific consent across the following areas:
